Winter Solstice DIY Aromatherapy Blend

This Winter Solstice DIY aromatherapy blend strengthens the nervous system, restores calm, opens the heart center, and awakens resilience for the dark months.

3 drops Black Spruce (or another Spruce)
3 drops Poplar Bud absolute
3 drops Vetiver
4 drops Tangerine
1 oz carrier oil (grapeseed, jojoba, rosehips seed, etc.)

Wear this blend over the heart space and on wrists. As you are blending, give gratitude to Mother Earth, each plant, and the people who harvested and crafted the oils.
