Founded by holistic restorative arts practitioner Tanja Krupa, Be Well offers all levels of Usui/Holy Fire® and Karuna Reiki® Certification training; level 1 aromatherapy certification and other aromatherapy workshops; reflexology classes; women’s herbal education; EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) one-on-one sessions and tapping groups; Ama-Deus® energy healing sessions; Theta Healing® sessions; Wild Woman Project New Moon Circles; Full Moon Reiki Experience Workshops; iRest® Yoga Nidra private sessions; flow, yin, and restorative yoga classes; and group events; and other healing arts events across Metro Detroit and the Saginaw Bay area.

Tanja Krupa is a Usui/Holy Fire® and Karuna Reiki® Master Teacher who has studied all levels of Reiki with William Rand, founder of the International Center for Reiki Training and also Lisa Guyman, RMT. She is also the only Sacred Childbirth with Reiki™ practitioner in Michigan.

A Certified Reflexologist with over 250 hours of reflexology training, she is also a Certified Aromatherapist recognized by the National Association of Holistic Aromatherapy (currently NAHA Regional Director of Metro Detroit) and the Alliance of International Aromatherapists, and founder of AromaKi™ Essential Oil Blends.

She has also studied Healing Touch, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Craniosacral Therapy, The Subtle Body with Cyndi Dale, and Ama-Deus® Spiritual Energy Healing. Wildcrafting and exploring plants since her rural childhood, she has embraced herbalism for over twenty years, most recently studying Herbal Medicine for Women with Dr. Aviva Romm (in-progress). She is a circle leader for the Wild Woman Project has has completed Yin Yoga  training, 200-hour yoga teacher training at Yoga Shala (Dearborn), and Level 1 iRest Yoga Nidra certification. Her 85-hour prenatal yoga certification is in-progress with Yoga Education Institute (Los Angeles).

After over a decade as a university writing and literature instructor, she embarked on a full-time journey of uncovering peace, joy, and vibrant living as a restorative arts teacher and practitioner, focusing on postpartum restoration, stress recovery, and self-restoring modalities through all stages of life. She holds a BS in Psychology from Central Michigan University and an MFA in Writing from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Tanja is also the Head of People, Culture, and Copy at Krupa Consulting, a boutique public relations firm.

From a long line of wild women, she is mother to two adventurous daughters and a beautiful son, and manifests natural healing and gratitude into every aspect of her and her family’s life.
